Your Scuba Dive qualification is your passport to the underwater world. It is the entry level qualification where you will learn the fundamental knowledge and skills to safely dive in open water. It will open the door to a lifetime of underwater exploration and adventure as you use it to dive around the world.
You will learn about modern dive equipment, diving sciences, responsible diving practices and the environment. Diving skills will be taught and practiced first in the comfort and convenience of a confined water environment and finally during your open water training dives with your scuba instructor.
Your course includes 5 Open Water Dives, manual, certification, instruction, scuba equipment hire (hire gear is complimentary for any additional dives you do with Scuba Ventures after completion of your course). The course generally takes 4-5 days to complete and costs AUD$880.
